1. Sponsor

The ADN Local™ FanFest™ – Jacksonville Edition (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ADN Local, LLC, Jacksonville, Florida, USA (the "Sponsor"). Contact: support@myadnlocal.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. One (1) entry per person and per household. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and marketing/advertising partners (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are NOT eligible to enter or win.

Age Requirement by Prize Type. Entry into the Sweepstakes is open to individuals 18 and older; however, prize eligibility varies by prize category:

• Grand Prize (Cancun trip) and any prize involving travel, hotel accommodation, alcohol, or rental services: Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at time of claim and present valid government-issued photo identification. Some premium prizes (e.g. luxury travel or rental vehicles) may require the winner to be at least twenty-five (25) or thirty (30) years of age as specified in the individual prize description.
• Alternative Prizes (gift cards, restaurant certificates, and other non-travel awards): Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of claim. Entrants aged 18–20 remain fully eligible for these prizes.

Cash Alternative Clause. If a selected winner of any travel, hotel, alcohol, or age-restricted prize does not meet the prize's minimum age requirement, cannot travel, or otherwise cannot accept the prize as offered, Sponsor will award, in its sole discretion, a cash prize equal to the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the intended prize in lieu of the travel or lodging component. The cash alternative amount is disclosed on each prize's public listing. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the same eligible pool if the selected winner does not respond by the applicable claim deadline.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and any other jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Entrants are solely responsible for compliance with any laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including those governing sweepstakes, promotions, taxation, and privacy.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on July 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 19, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the ADN Local FanFest website and complete the free entry form at /register. Provide the required information (name, email, phone, ZIP code, date of birth) and accept these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Limit: One (1) entry per person and per household during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means which subverts the entry process, are void. Entries deemed to be from duplicate accounts, disposable email addresses, or otherwise fraudulent will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (one available): A six (6) day / five (5) night Cancun, Mexico vacation for two (2) at a Sponsor-selected resort, INCLUDING roundtrip economy airfare for two from a major U.S. gateway airport (approximate value $800 per person / $1,600 total), PLUS a $500 USD cash award to the winner. Winner is responsible ONLY for applicable nightly taxes and resort fees at the resort; all other trip costs are covered. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,999 USD (flights $1,600 + $500 cash + resort accommodations $899). Travel must be completed by a date specified on the prize certificate and is subject to blackout dates, availability, passport/visa requirements, and other restrictions.

Daily Prizes: Nineteen (19) daily-drawing prizes across the Sweepstakes Period (July 6–18, 2026), consisting of thirteen (13) $100 restaurant certificates, two (2) Jacksonville-area 1-night hotel certificates (ARV $200 each), and four (4) $50 ADN gift cards. Individual ARVs range from $50 to $200 USD. Total ARV of daily prizes: $1,900 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: Approximately $4,899 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entrants who successfully check in during the Grand Prize check-in window (see Section 7).

7. Winner Selection

Daily Prizes: Each daily prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the drawing time. Daily drawings will be conducted on each day from July 6 through July 18, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative. You do NOT need to be present to win a daily prize.

Grand Prize: To be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, an entrant must (a) be registered as of the drawing time, and (b) successfully check in via the ADN app at a participating Official Watch Party Partner™ location in Jacksonville, Florida between 12:00 PM and 2:45 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, July 19, 2026 (the "Grand Prize Check-In Window"). The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible checked-in entrants, conducted live following the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final broadcast.

8. Winner Notification & Claim

Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at registration. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, fails to return required documents within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, local, and other applicable taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize values may be reportable to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (or applicable foreign tax authority). Non-U.S. winners may be required to complete additional tax withholding documentation before prize is awarded.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, entry, statements, city and state of residence, and prize won for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

11. General Conditions & Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or undelivered entries; technical, hardware, software, telephone, or network failures; or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Sweepstakes-related materials.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, USA. All issues and questions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Privacy

Information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. ADN Local does not sell or rent consumer information. Marketing consent is optional and separate from Sweepstakes entry.

14. Sponsor Affiliation Disclaimer

The ADN Local™ FanFest™ is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, any national or international soccer federation, any airline, hotel, resort, or travel provider unless expressly stated. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

15. Winners List

These Official Rules are provided as a general template. The most current version of the Official Rules governing the Sweepstakes will be posted on this page. ADN Local, LLC reserves the right to modify these Official Rules prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period.
