• Name, email, phone, ZIP, and date of birth (required for sweepstakes entry).
• Check-in data (business location, time, GPS for eligibility verification).
• Prize claim & verification information.

Use of data: We use this information to run the sweepstakes, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, and (with your opt-in) send you deals and event updates.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from your sweepstakes entry. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to marketing SMS messages.

Data sharing: We may share aggregate, anonymized data with sponsor partners. Individual contact information is only shared if you explicitly opt in.

Retention: Sweepstakes records are retained for 12 months for audit purposes. Marketing profiles are retained until you opt out.
